Recently tried the seasonal Thai Tea shake which is SO good, could rival one in Thailand! I cannot recommend it enough. Otherwise, solid experience with fast, hot food. I recommend the veggie shack burger to vegetarians!
We entered right as they opened. I just experienced a shake shack in Chicago for the first time and they were out of the avocado chicken so I wanted to try it here. I was not disappointed. It was excellent. My son loves the brownie shake. Service by the guy who brought it over was very nice. He offered napkins and straws. The lobby was definitly filling when we left. I'd go back wherever they are.
Okay I love Shake Shack. I've only been to SS one time before and I forgot how delicious it is! I'm not in this area often, but my dad and I were coming back from Troy and decided to stop. So happy we did. Upon entrance there are iPads to place your order, I believe you can place it with a staff member at the register as well. I ordered a single cheeseburger with pickles and a side of fries, and my dad got a double with bacon, cheese, and a side of fries as well. You put your order in, grab a number to identify your order, and submit. We waited about 5ish minutes for our order. It was brought out by a staff member who was super kind and helpful. Order came in a fun shake shack bag and smelled amazing. My burger was fantastic. Smashed to perfection, juicy, and good quality pickles. The fries were crispy and cooked wonderfully. It was such a nice treat! The restaurant was clean and well taken care of. We will be back.
I have been to this location on different days and different times and it's usually fairly busy. I haven't eaten inside yet. There is plenty of parking in their private lot. I really like the Korean fried chicken sandwich. The chicken is crispy with a generous amount of sweet and spicy Gochujang sauce. The cool crunch of Kimchi on top adds a nice balance of flavors to the sandwich. Their crinkle cut fries are top notch and it's hard to not finish them off before I get home. I have yet to try a shake. It's a favorite stop when I'm in the area.
I went to the Shake Shack Drive-Thru on a weeknight. I wanted a hamburger but I also wanted to just go home. I ordered the double SmokeShack™ (Angus beef cheeseburger with applewood-smoked bacon, chopped cherry peppers, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun) and fries. I didn't really pay too much attention what was on the burger but it turned out to be very good. Also I asked for the fries crispy and they did it. Win win situation. I thought this was delicious and the customer service was great. I'll be back!
